My name is Antoinette Villa. I live in Ferndale, WA and I'm a Substitute Teacher. I've lost 42 lbs in 7 months with Positive Changes Hypnosis. Six years ago I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease and began taking medication to keep it under control. I was convinced that I could not take medication and lose weight at the same time. I also believed that my metabolism slowed down and I could never get to my goal weight again. The sad thing is that I had no trouble gaining weight. Every time I went to the doctor’s office I was up a few pounds. I have tried every diet in the world and they all worked as long as I was on them but I would spend time trying to figure out how I can cheat on them, and would end up gaining weight, so then I would quit the diet and end up gaining even more.

Last summer I reached 195 lbs and decided that this couldn't go on. I was constantly tired and my feet were hurting. I knew that I should be eating healthy. I also knew I should exercise and drink water. I just didn't have the self-discipline to carry it through. On a trip home from a visit to the doctor’s office and at my heaviest weigh-in, I heard an ad on the radio for Positive Changes and followed it up with a call. I didn't know how I could do it because I lived a 2 hour drive away and I did not want to make that trip every week but my evaluator was able to design a customized program that worked for me. I loved being hypnotized; it’s just like having a deep restful sleep. I enjoy my personal CDs every month.

Self-discipline is made so much easier when my subconscious mind is in tune with my conscious mind. What used to be “shoulds” is now my way of life. In 7 months I’ve lost 42 lbs all together and I am so happy. My size 14 jeans are now a size 6 and I can get into my wedding dress from 12 years ago. My wedding band slips off easily instead of digging into my skin like it used to. My husband is very supportive and complementary about my results. He loves my new weight.

My feet used to be so sore but now I can be up and around. I’m just more flexible and mobile. I now look forward to riding the stationary bike, using an elliptical and weight training 3-5 times a week. It is so exciting to be able to get down on the floor and play with my grandson and to talk him on walks. I definitely have a new self-confidence.

Thank you Positive Changes. I feel healthier, I sleep better, and my feet don't hurt any more. I feel like my weight loss is permanent because my eating habits are my new way of life. I would recommend Positive Changes Hypnosis because it's an easy way to do it; I don't want to say it's a quick way, but it's an easy way. I just followed by program and the weight disappeared.
